Refund policy
At Ajivan Ayurveda Private Limited, we prioritize your wellness and satisfaction. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience when shopping for our Ayurvedic health and wellness products, including capsules, powders, and oils.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during shipping.
You received a wrong item or missing product.
The item delivered is expired or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable products, we do not accept returns if the seal is broken, the product is used, or if the reason is dissatisfaction after usage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used wellness capsules, powders, or oils.
Products purchased during sales, offers, or combos (like Power Combo).
Free gifts such as Desire Power Oil cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund will be made via the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at:

5. Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
